Original deal to purchase ECS K7S5A motherboard, which Joshua broke, then offered a LG 8x4x32 burner as a replacement + $10 compensation.

Very bad trading experience. I sent money order 10 minutes after talking to Joshua on ICQ, which arrived in San Juan, TX on schedule. After that, things got sour. Joshua said he broke the motherboard, and that he does not have the money anymore to send me back, because he spent it. (!??) Took a couple of weeks of persistent ICQ conversation and negotiation to get either my money back or something as a replacement, which ended up being an LG 8x4x32 burner + $10 money order in compensation. Took at least another week to get him to ship the package out, either he didn't have the shipping money or couldn't get to the post office. After about a month of haggling I finally did get the burner, and the hardware works well, no complaints there. However, there was no $10 in the package, and it's obvious by now that I'm not going to see this deal finished as agreed. Seeing how he has done the same thing to other people now has pushed this evaluation from the initial Neutral to Negative. Do not trade with Joshua. All conversation over ICQ is logged, so if you want any more details, feel free to contact me.

sent money order Oct 5, 2001... received games Nov 20, 2001. you be the judge. not a good trader, but at least he didn't scam me completely which i was expecting after 1 month of emails back and forth. best quote "the main problem was that I never had the money to ship the stuff off" -- this was AFTER he had cashed (and spent) the money order I mailed him to PAY for my items plus shipping! feel free to contact me for more info.
